A day at the beach, West-O style.😎✌️

✨8am: Coffee on the dock. The creek is still. A great blue heron is doing absolutely nothing and somehow it's inspiring.
✨10am: Drive to Assateague. Park. Walk the beach. Spot a pony doing its thing in the dunes. Take 47 photos.
✨1pm: Lunch in downtown Berlin. Grab a table outside. Regret nothing on the menu.
✨4pm: Back at the creek. Kayak out and back. Cold drink. Chair. Sun on your face.
✨7pm: Fire pit. S'mores. Someone starts telling stories. Nobody wants to leave.

That's a Tuesday here. Imagine a whole weekend!

Nobody talks about how good a random Tuesday in OC can be! ☀️

The crowds are gone. The Boardwalk is yours. You can actually get a table at the good restaurants. The beach has space. The parking exists.

And you're staying at West-O so you drive in, do your thing, and drive back to the creek when you're done. No parking drama. No chaos. Just the good part.

💕Here's what a Mother's Day at West-O looks like:

She wakes up when she wants to. Nobody needs anything from her before 9am. There's coffee ready and a chair on the porch with her name on it.

Somewhere around noon the family does something — maybe Assateague, maybe lunch in Berlin, maybe just the kayaks and the creek. Her call.

Evening is the fire pit. Someone brought snacks. It's warm enough to sit outside. She doesn't have to drive home.

That's it. That's the whole plan. And it's enough.
