Horizons East Unit 10. 12th street right on coastal highway. 400 steps to the boardwalk right down the street from Pickles and many other places.

Hello friends, family, and all of Mike and Lisa’s amazing followers!

We’re thrilled to officially introduce ourselves as the new owners of unit 10 at Horizons East, and we couldn’t be more excited to carry on Mike and Lisa’s legacy by offering this beautiful space for rentals.

📍 Horizons East – 12th Street & Philadelphia Ave
🌅 Bay side, right on Coastal Highway – just 400 steps to the boardwalk!
🏊 Pool on-site for guests to enjoy
🚗 1 dedicated parking space + plenty of street parking
👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Family-friendly complex

🛏️ 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms on the ground floor, sleeps 8
1 Primary bedroom: King bed with private bathroom
2 Second bedroom: Queen bunk bed with an XL twin on top
3 Third bedroom: Queen bed
(sleeper sofa in the living room)

📺 50" smart TVs in every bedroom & 55" smart TV in the living room
🍳 Fully equipped kitchen, large dining table, washer/dryer, and all the comforts of home!

Additional Information:
🛏️ Renters must provide their own linens and towels.
🧹 Renters are responsible for cleaning the condo before departure to ensure it is left in the same condition as upon arrival.
🚭 Horizons East is a smoke/vape-free property, and we appreciate your cooperation in keeping it that way.

Good morning friends and family!!

We have some exciting news to share in the near future.

To start out we want to let everyone know that in the near future there will be a beautiful 3 bedroom condo for rent at Horizons East. Yes, unit 10 will be available for rental season 2025 for sure!!

Good evening!! It has been a longtime since I posted.

We are excited to make a bittersweet announcement. Our house in Florida will be done in the near future. Therefore, we are selling our beautiful Ocean City home. I am hopeful that the new owners will be renting next year. So there will be a great 3 bedroom condo available at Horizons East. I hope you all will show the new owners the love that you have shown us over the many years we have enjoyed Horizons East together. We hope to return for vacation visits in the future.
