The Purple Pad…..There aren’t many single family homes oceanside and this cottage is bigger than it looks!

The Purple Pad is a 4 bedroom 2 bath single family home/ beach cottage with a large new lower deck and a large rooftop deck on the corner of 85th oceanside just one building back from the beach. No streets to cross. From the rooftop deck you can see a glimpse of the beach/ocean and also the bay. No stairs inside.

We do offer direct booking as well to save on Airbnb fees.

We have a 3 day minimum

We have a 2 bedroom 2 bath off 28th St., bayside on the water/canal. We are a bottom floor unit with a front and rear deck. We have Wi-Fi, smart TVs, central air and two reserved parking spots
