1727 West Ave Ocean City NJ Summer rental condo on 2nd fl w/ 3 bdrm, 2 bath, sleeps 8, garage, covered deck, encl outside shower. No Pets,Smoke Free. Weekly/Monthly rental Only. Enjoy!

I spent every summer as a child, in OCNJ. My parents rented a different home each year. Eventually, they bought their own home and rented it out to others. For over 25 yrs, my family has been shore home owners and I am thrilled to continue the tradition of my own. We purchased this home in June, 2016 It was only 6 yrs old & had never been rented out. We made a few updates and feel that this is a great place for you to spend your time in OCNJ. We use the house when we aren't renting it out, so its not just a rental property, its our shore home too.
