We have long weekends available in our oceanside condo in Ocean City Maryland for the month of October. This unit has ocean and bay views. It faces the northside.
You can book Thursday to Sunday or Friday to Monday(3 night minimum).
Our condo is in the 9400 building on 94th street. It is two bedroom and two bathroom. Unit # 403
There is a pool with large beachfront pool deck. Only a couple
steps to the beach.
Fully equipped kitchen.
We supply four beach chairs, a rolling cooler, and a small umbrella.
We have a pay it forward type system.
We stock the unit at the beginning of the season with supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, sandwich bags, tin foil, saran wrap, dish detergent, laundry pods, etc. If you use the last of something we kindly ask that you replace it for the next renter.
This is a great location with many restaurants, shops, liquor store, grocery store, etc. within walking distance. Bus stop is directly out front of building. $3 fare for the day.
Rates already include taxes and cleaning. The only other fee is a $40 building usage fee paid directly to the building when you arrive.
Per building rules, renters are not allowed pets.
