Clauss Haus Ocean Front Family Beach Haus for Vacation Rental
we rent Sunday to Sunday- our weekly rate is $3550 We rent June 30, thru labor day. Weeks are Sunday to Sunday.

Our home sits on the beach at 85th street and is one of the few remaining beach bungalows built in 1968 by my grandfather. Updated kitchen and bath, with the best beach access.....right down the steps. Dates are avail for the 1st floor apartment which has 4 br 2 baths. You need to brings sheets/towels/paper goods/ beach chairs and accessiories. This is a family beach cottage, with two bedrooms

and full bath on opposites sides of the house, so you have private areas. WE RENT TO FAMILIES ONLY...NO GROUPS OF TEENS/ GOLFERS/ COLLEGE, sorry. The rate will be $3350 plus 11% sales & room taxes. A $1,750 deposit will be required to confirm a date. The balance will be due 4 weeks prior to your vacation date at which time keys will be mailed.

You all win, windows it is, there are A Lot of windows in this Haus.....clean and sparkly for our summer vistors.

Key policy will be as last year, summer is getting closer, final balances due soon.
