Sandy Lane Estates is a spacious two bedroom, two bathroom direct bayfront condo off of 32nd Street. This first floor property is equipped with a full kitchen with all new appliances (including a dishwasher and microwave), washer/dryer, central air, 3 flat screen TV's, 2 DVD players, and free WiFi. Our two baths feature a tub/shower combo in the guest bathroom and a walk in shower (no tub) i

n the master suite. There are 2 queen beds in the master bedroom, and 2 doubles in the guest bedroom. The sunrises, sunsets and peaceful open bay views from the furnished deck are spectacular. Take a refreshing dip in the outdoor swimming pool directly across the street from our home. Sandy Lane also features a tennis court! Sandy Lane Estates is located near Jolly Rogers Amusement and Water Park, a locally owned mini-market with great fresh meats, and some excellent choices for dining out. No smoking and no pets. Parking for 1 car. During the peak season, this property can be rented for full weeks or mini-weeks. Full weeks run from Friday to Friday or Monday to Monday. Mini-weeks are available from Friday to Monday, or Monday to Friday. In the off-season there is a 3-night minimum.

Somewhere in Pennsylvania right now, there’s a kitchen table meeting happening over coffee where Ocean City, Maryland is being discussed like it’s the only coastal destination on the entire East Coast. Dates are getting circled, traffic on Route 1 is being mentally accepted as part of the journey, and someone’s already saying “we’ll leave at 4am to beat it” like that’s ever actually worked. The same beach house is being debated, the same boardwalk fries are being remembered like a spiritual experience, and somebody’s uncle is insisting this is the year they finally pack lighter even though we all know the car’s still gonna look like a moving truck by the time they hit Delaware. It doesn’t matter how many places exist in the world, because for a lot of Pennsylvanians, vacation season just quietly means one thing… Ocean City, every single time.
