(Downtown, Midtown, and Uptown). Students can pick apartments that are conveniently located within walking distance to their job locations or bus stops. We have 1-, 2-, 3- and 4-bedroom apartments
Apartments are for 4, 5, 6, 7, and 8 people. Bedrooms are for 2 or 3 people. WI-FI, AC, TV, all necessary kitchen stuff (plates, cups, cutlery), beddings (Pillow, pillowcase, blanked and sheet). All included in the price. All utilities are included in the rent. The rent is on a weekly basis. The lease starts the day you move in, there is possibility to stay longer if needed, flexible days to move in and move out for your convenience. Cancellation Policy and Force Majeure. Full refunds are being provided in case of visa denials with a proof of visa denial letter. Cancellations received prior to arrival date, will incur a deduction of security deposit. If we are prevented from carrying out our obligations as a result of any cause beyond our control (“Force Majeure”) restrictions on travel, war, disaster, epidemic or pandemic situations, we will refund first initial housing payment. Security deposit will be deducted or will be transferred for the next summer.
