We have 2 weeks available, June 12-19 and Aug 21-28 (could do Sat-Sat or Sun-Sun either week). We use the “clean/leave it like you found it”, June week rents for $1,000 and August $1,100 - if don’t want to worry about cleaning, add $100. Well behaved pups on a case-by-case and for an additional fee (we don't let our labs on the furniture!) Ocean block, 1st floor condo/2nd home. It’s on 141st St, 3br/2ba, sleeps 7 (3rd BR is a full/twin bunk) but also has a sleep sofa, so could have 8 or 9, but would be tight!!
