We have a last minute cancellation in our 2 Bedroom/ 1 Bath Condo in OC MD around 27th street Bayside.

UPDATED - ONLY DATES OPEN ARE 8/14 to 8/16 now Message us for a rate for a mini week.

It is time to book your 2025 Summer Vacation. Why should your family jam into a cramped hotel room when you can spread out and relax in a living room or on the balcony in our condo. Save yourself some money by having the option of eating in if you want as well.

Our condo has 2 bedrooms (One Queen Bed and the second bedroom with one Full size bed with a lofted full bed above it) and 1 Full Bath. There is also a queen-size sleeper sofa in the living room. The condo sleeps 6-7 people.

Our condo is near 27th Street bayside. A short walk to the beach, Jolly Rogers Amusements (thrill rides, water park, and go carts), bus stops to get to any place in OC, a place that you can crab in the bay nearby, mini golf and great restaurants. Our complex has a beautiful outdoor pool that is open from Memorial Day until mid-September. In fact, in 2024 we won a Certificate of Excellence in Pool Operation awarded by the Department of Health.
Gullway Villas has the best of both worlds. You are close enough to all the action but far enough away from the noise to have a restful sleep.

The condo also has Wifi, a Washer/Dryer, Cable/Smart TV with Disney Plus. This unit is a 2nd Floor walkup unit with a balcony. There is no elevator, but it is only about 10 steps. We have a well-equipped kitchen so you will not be trying to cook for your family with three forks and a frying pan.

There is no property management company, your correspondence is with the owner. We are a family hoping to include you in our extended family.

Our 2BR and 1 Bath condo is near 27th Street Bay side. It is close enough to everything that OC MD has to offer but far enough away that you are not listening to traffic all night. The condo sleeps 6 with one bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a second bedroom with Full Size (Double Bed) bunk beds, and the living room has a pull-out queen size couch. There is a beautiful outdoor pool onsite.

New for 2024 we are not requiring the Saturday or Tuesday Check-ins. Over the winter it is a 2 night minimum and mid spring it changes to a 3-night minimum. If you book 7 days or more we offer a discount.
