We are a bottom floor unit with an entran This is a 6 unit condo building. We are 1 of the 6 units.

Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo is on the bayside (28th street). We are a bottom floor unit. We are really close to some great restaurants and walking distance to the beach. We are also right on the water. The master bedroom has a queen size bed; the 2nd bedroom has a full size bed and twin bunk beds. Sleeps 6

Kitchen fully stocked with utensils and plates. Parking lot offers 1-2 parking spots. Pls message us for questions on rates and availability.

The Purple Pad…..There aren’t many single family homes oceanside and this cottage is bigger than it looks!

The Purple Pad is a 4 bedroom 2 bath single family home/ beach cottage with a large new lower deck and a large rooftop deck on the corner of 85th oceanside just one building back from the beach. No streets to cross. From the rooftop deck you can see a glimpse of the beach/ocean and also the bay. No stairs inside.

We do offer direct booking as well to save on Airbnb fees.

We have a 3 day minimum
