4 bedroom 2 bath, sleeps 8-weekly vacation rental in ocean city, nj. We use the home as a 2nd home , only rent a few weeks /year- super clean , walk to the beach, plenty of off street parking.+ enc. garage, outside enclosed, beach shower. we even allow use of our beach toys, -etc.-beach chairs and provide (8) current beach tags. feel free to text/call us .

We are super excited about the beaches and the boardwalk being opened for business! We’ve kicked off our season with some Brown’s donuts and take out from the Island Grill!

We have availability for the following weeks:
6/20 - $2,500
6/27 - $3,350
7/4 - $3,500
7/18 - $3,600
8/22 - $3,450

We have 4 bedrooms (sleeps 10 with pull out couch), 2 baths and an enclosed outside shower. We provide kitchen supplies, spices, detergents for dish washing and clothing, beach and bath towels, 8 beach tags, beach chairs, beach toys, boogie boards and a few bikes (all providing our renters handle with care). We can either remove all bedding so you can bring your own or supply the completely laundered bedding for the week.

You may just need your toothbrush and bathing suit!!
