Cheers to the 2025 Coastal Style winners for Food & Drink! Best Healthy Fare awarded to Blacksmith.
Blacksmith is one of our faves in Berlin. Don't get the wrong impression in this award for "healthy fare", we go there because the food is creative and simply delicious. Their indoor dining is comfy with bench seating filled with pillows, but we especially love their huge outdoor eating area. It's a must try!

Around Town~

Boy, has the summer has flown. Sad to say, it's time for the Summer Send-Off event.

From August 27th to 30th, Ocean City is hosting the Summer Send-Off, an open-air spectacle featuring glowing hot air balloons, massive show kites, and a high-energy laser light show. (Weather conditions pending, light show from 9pm- 10pm)

It's happening right on the beach from Dorcester Street to 3rd street.
Bring your beach chairs, blankets and maybe a picnic lunch and watch the spectacle as we prepare to say goodbye to Summer 2026!

TIP TUESDAY~

Oh, the things we find that guests leave behind. We could have filled a small trailer by now!
Make this your traveler best practice: the day before you leave, check bathroom sink cabinets, night stand drawers, under beds & furniture and even under couch cushions. The night before you leave, start pulling clothes together from drawers and closets. Finally, the morning you leave, do a complete walk of the property, checking those drawers and closets one more time.
We want YOU to have your belongings, not us! 🙂

ALPHABET ROLL CALL~

"S" is for Sapphire Sea 3, a gorgeous 3 BR/ 3BA in the very sought-after Sapphire Sea building. This building and condo have long-standing repeat renters in the summer, but it's the one condo there that stays open through the end of the year, opening it up for your off-season time there.

Hmmm....which of the many ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ reviews should we share?? How about this one~

"One of the best places I have ever stayed in. The beds and pillows were super comfortable and kitchen was extremely well stocked. Half a block from the beach with restaurants in walking distance. Would stay here again without hesitation."
