Around Town~

It's International Picnic Day, so we wanted to take you around town to show you great places to kick it old school and have a picnic!
* Northside Park in North Ocean City has ALL the things. pavilion, tables, stationary grills, playground, walking paths, bay views.
*Assateague State Park- good picnic-ing option with tables and stationary grills. The wild horses are great, but they are NOT shy about wanting your food. (They even know what a cooler and will tip it over to see what's inside. Just a little FYI
* Robin Park is another small park off of Robinhood drive, down towards the lower streets.
*Assawoman Wildlife Area in Frankford, DE. Views, views and more views while you enjoy lunch at the picnic tables.

Wednesday WOW!

Sometimes we pick a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐review for a particular word used in it. In this case, "hypnotic" caught our eye. This is a review for the stunning 2 BR/ 2 BA Capri 12. Check out how they converted the traditional dining room space to a lounge area, perfect for sea gazing.

"The view of the beach was fantastic. Actually hypnotic! Perfectly located to do everything we wanted within short distance. Short of being on the beach itself, you couldn’t get any closer."

You've heard us talk about how communication is very important to us. We're on it as soon as you book your trip, guiding you on all of the next steps. You see it in the care and attention we put into our Guest Guides. You'll see it in our properties in the carefully places signs letting you know how to handle the linens and towels at check out.

"H" is for Harbour Club, the perfect 2 BR/ 2 BA space for your group of 6. Located off of 120th street, it's just far back enough to be serene and a great place for bike riding, but still close enough to the beach. Need a break from the beach? FRIDAY FOODIE~
Cheers to the 2025 Coastal Style winners for Food & Drink! Best Deli awarded to Southside Deli in Ocean Pines.
If you peruse through the Ocean City Foodie pages on FB, you'll see tons of rave reviews for Southside Deli. Great cold cut subs (can't you just smell the oil, vinegar & oregano in that picture?) and best chicken salad around. We'd say this is good solid win on Best Of.

Around Town~
OCMD will be implementing rickshaw/pedicab services on the boardwalk starting around Memorial Day. This will be a new way for people to pay for boardwalk transportation after the trams were permanently banned. They will have pedicabs that can transport wheelchairs, walkers, and strollers. Costs are proposed to range from $10 for a half mile to $30 for a full boardwalk ride.

We think this recent ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ hit it out of the park for our exquisite 2 BR/ 2 BA condo at the Irene. This owner is 100% guest-focused, making sure comfort is key.

"My friends and I loved our stay. The property was beautiful, very well stocked and beautifully decorated. The views were amazing! My friends thanked me number of times for finding such great property, and are already talking about returning here again. This was my first time booking through VRBO so I had number of questions, including just prior to check-in. I received quick responses to all my inquiries, which really put me at ease. I really appreciate such excellent customer service."
