Hello all you lovely people! Can you believe how quickly May has passed us by?? That means summer fun is quickly approaching but it also means the opportunity to help us achieve an incredible goal of being named Ocean City's Best Property/ Rental Management Company and Best Vacation Rental Company is quickly coming to an end.
We can't do it without the help of our fans, followers, past guest and owners.
Why do we think we've earned it? We are by far the most hands on company in Ocean City. We don't have a ton of staff. We have the best cleaners in town and as owners of the company, we personally inspect and walk our properties regularly. We want to know how our properties are being presented. We also know our past guests by name and love cultivating the relationships we have with them over the years. If you've stayed with us, you are 100% part of the Benchmark fam.
Is it long hours, hard work, never-ending responsibilities? You betcha, but when we created Benchmark Property Services 10 years ago we believed in 2 critical things: we wanted to set a higher standard in the vacation rental industry, and we never wanted to take anyone's vacation memories for granted.
