Summer Season begins Mid-May and runs for four months.
Rent is $3999.per month for four months. There is a $500 Refundable Security Deposit.
Cozy Cottage style 1980’s. To Hold and secure the booking, 1/3 of the total rent for the season is due to hold the unit, 1/3 is due upon check-in, and the final 1/3 payment due 30 days after occupancy. Utilities included in the rental fee are water, trash removal, and lawn maintenance, while guest are responsible for electricity and Wi-Fi charges.
