This eighth floor, 1800 square foot oceanfront condo, in the island's only high-rise complex, features three bedrooms and three baths on one level. There is a king bed in the master bedroom on the ocean side; second bedroom has one queen bed and the

third bedroom has two double beds. New six foot soaking tub in Master bath. This unit features secure high-speed extreme wireless internet, and expanded cable channels. All bedrooms have 4K SMART TV'S, including a 55" Smart TV in living room. Cable television and Blu-Ray in living room; Master bedroom has cable; back bedrooms have digital antenna. The dining table seats six and there are three stools at the kitchen bar for additional seating. Amenities also include elevator, seasonal community pool, cold water outside shower, wet bar, central heat and air, washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave oven, Blu-Ray, iron/ironing board and ceiling fan. Hibachi-style grills and picnic tables are provided for guests and are located by the beach access. All Ocean Point condos have private balconies that face the ocean directly and offer an excellent view of the beach. All our properties have pillows and bedspreads. Sheets, towels, paper and soap products are not provided. ALL UNITS ARE NON-SMOKING, AND NO PETS ARE ALLOWED. -

There may be a nest near your home or vacation rental.
Baby sea turtles rely on the darkness of the beach and the natural brightness of
the moon, stars or breaking waves to find their way to their ocean home.
Each summer baby sea turtles emerge from their nest and mistake house lights, flashlights or streetlights for the light of the moon, stars or ocean waves.
Artificial lights cause sea turtles to crawl away from the ocean.
Sadly, this often leads to the loss of this endangered species.
