Loving this space! Time to get nit-picky about things… some of which will probably have to wait until next year! I mean, really I’m grateful the whole front door and window area doesn’t leak anymore, and we don’t have carpet on the stairs, which were dirty and kind of smelly and we don’t have a moldy washing machine (which I hope is not temporary, lol)

I found a spot for half of the sail I painted for the other unit. The other half says 109 on it and the whole thing together is too big for this area. I can’t decide if it looks weird there, like it’s the wrong shape, and maybe I should make a new one. 🤷‍♀️ I’ll set with it a while. 😊 It looks like I could lower it some, what do you think?

I was wondering how this worked without having it closed off with a door, and we stayed with another couple a few weeks ago and found it to be fine because I think the upstairs is not directly above the whole king bedroom, just the part with the dresser, and the king bedroom has a door. So it seemed like you were alone. 😴😴😴😴

I’m scheduling new guests for the summer! I just need to do a deep clean and then the condo is ready. I got a dreamy new Sealy Posturepedic Brenham II king mattress (yeah when you’re old you will care lol)! I still need to add some artwork, but no rush. More pics coming up today!
