Just a 20-minute boat ride from the Cajun Cottage, Horn Island is a hidden gem you don’t want to miss!

With its crystal-clear water, soft sand, and untouched natural beauty, it feels like your own private island escape.

It’s also well known for spotting stingrays gliding through the shallow water, so keep an eye out (and do the stingray shuffle!) 👣

Fun fact: Horn Island is part of the Gulf Islands National Seashore and was once used during World War II as a testing site. Today, it’s protected and known for its peaceful, unspoiled beaches and incredible wildlife.
