Beach Dreams offers two separate units. The upstairs unit, which sleeps 8, is a two bedroom two bath unit with a spacious living room, kitchen for families to gather, and a balcony on which you can watch the sunset 🌇 while grilling or enjoying your morning coffee on the comfy rocking chairs.
The quaint downstairs unit , which sleeps 6, offers a two bedroom, one bath 🛁, comfortable living room and full eat-in kitchen, and in the backyard you can enjoy an evening of grilling, or roasting marshmallows on the fire pit.
Each unit comes with one of two complementary golf carts as well as beach equipment.
You can rent either the whole house or each unit. Snowbirds welcome.
Monthly rates from Jan-March
Upstairs $2100.00
Downstairs $1800.00
And a one time cleaning fee

Beach Dreams sleeps 14. It has 4 bedrooms, 3 baths and has two separate entrances. In the off season, which is Sept thru May, the house can be rented separately as it has separate private entrances. The upstairs unit has two bedrooms, and two baths, full living room, full kitchen and dining room. Downstairs is 2 bedrooms, one bath, living room and eat-in kitchen. Each level includes one golf cart . PM us for more information.
