Our goal is to ensure our guests have the best possible experience we can provide. When you come home, you can relax in one of two rooms. Both ro
oms are large, spacious & bright master bedrooms with private, en suite, full bathrooms, comfortable queen-size beds and TVs with free cable. One has two antique dressers, a walk-in closet and a tub while the other has a large armoire, a partial-use closet, dual-sinks and free Netflix. Free WiFi throughout the house (high-speed internet ). You will have free access to an iron, clothes steamer and Elna press if needed. The Queen-size beds are ideal for two people and an optional air mattress can be set up to accommodate an additional one or two guests. We also have sleeping bags if sleeping on the carpet is an option. There's an addition $15 cleaning charge for each bag. If you have more than two guests, please let us know prior to booking so we can prepare accordingly. Enjoy our resort-size, heated pool & hot tub until 10pm. You can enjoy a game of tennis or workout in the fitness center while you watch the kids having fun at the playground or in the pool. If you need a desk to work from your room, just let us know. We have an extra table that can be easily moved to your room and used as a laptop work station. We have two bikes, two boogie boards, two golf bags, tennis rackets and balls, basket balls and pool toys available to our guest on a first-come first-serve basis. We have no children or pets and are non-smokers. The condo is an end unit with no one above or below. The complex is safe and quiet. Our home is not child proof and prefer children over the age of 12. We can accommodate children under 12 by special request and require a letter of release stating you understand our home is not child friendly and you will not hold us liable for any injuries that may result from any accidents to your child in our home. Please drink dark wine, coffee and anything else that will leave a permanent stain downstairs in the kitchen area. We don't want to charge you extra for damages or cleaning. We have complementary coffee, water, a few light snacks and a light, continental-type breakfast (Please ask for current menu items). We do charge for other specialty items but everything is reasonably priced unlike what you would expect to pay at a resort or hotel. This is our second listing and lists at full price. If you want to save a few dollars, look at our other listing that is discounted from this price.
