We are 30 minutes East of Julian, 20 minutes from Borrego Springs on Highway 78, and 90 miles to San Diego. ALL NEW: We've made some guest-friendly changes to our booking policy! This updated policy applies to new and future reservations only. Here are the TWO BIGGEST CHANGES:

❌ Before: Full payment was required when booking a daily RV or rental stay.
✅ Now: Only a first night's deposit is required to reserve your RV site or rental for non-holiday daily stays, up to 6 nights.

• Cancel early and you may be eligible for a refund (less a processing fee).
• Can't make your trip? In many cases, you can apply your reservation funds toward a future stay within one year.
