September was a BIG month at StayOelwein!

Our 1-bedroom unit was booked every day in September except FOUR! We’ve been thrilled to welcome guests to Oelwein, including several extended stays from out-of-town employees working in and around our community.

Our 2-bedroom unit has also been a hit, especially with guests coming to town for events at Transco Events on Frederick. We love being able to give visitors a comfortable, convenient place to stay right here in downtown Oelwein.

And after just two months of hosting, we’re excited to share that StayOelwein is maintaining a ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5-star rating on Airbnb with 23 guest reviews!

With the holiday season right around the corner, now is a great time to start thinking about where everyone is going to sleep.

If you have family or friends coming to Oelwein for Thanksgiving, Christmas, or other holiday gatherings — and you want them to have their own space (or maybe they want their own space) — StayOelwein may be the perfect fit.

Both units offer the comfort and privacy of having your own place while keeping your guests close to everything downtown Oelwein has to offer.

🎄 Holiday dates can fill quickly, just like September did, so take a look at our listings and reserve your dates early!

Thank you to everyone who has stayed with us, recommended us, and helped spread the word about StayOelwein. We’re only two months in, and we couldn’t be happier with the response!

Is still a thing?

Hard to believe these are the same four walls.

Where there used to be a drop ceiling, buzzing fluorescent lights, and a stained floor, there's now an open industrial loft with exposed ductwork, a full modern kitchen, and a space that invites you to sit down and stay awhile.

We didn't cover up the bones of this old building. We leaned into them. It just needed the right vision to bring it out.

Come see it for yourself. Stay Oelwein is ready to host your next visit.

The Downtown Retreat is officially open, and the response so far has been better than we could have hoped. Thank you, Oelwein.

This one-bedroom luxury industrial loft sits right in the heart of downtown. Exposed ductwork, clean modern lines, a fully equipped kitchen, fast Wi-Fi, and a washer and dryer in the unit. Whether you're in town visiting family, here on business, or just want a comfortable getaway, this space was designed for a stay you'll remember.

We're proud to bring something like this to downtown Oelwein. Come see it for yourself.
