Wet Wipe's
Our management has advised us that wet wipes cost us all money and extra work for our maintenance staff, because our septic system can not handle them. With only advising not to use them.
I would like to offer another solution for those who prefer to use wet wipes. After using place them in a zip lock bag in your trash can, after bag is full place in the garbage.
Please help save us all money!

I was asked what I bring to the Board.
Would like to work for our Owner’s to make our Park the best it can be at the Lowest possible cost to the Owner’s.
25 years as a Career Firefighter/ Retired as a Captain. Past President, Vice President and Treasurer of Dorchester County YMCA. Past President of my Condominium Board. Retired as General Manager Dorchester Auto. What I bring to our Board is Leadership and Operation experience.

I believe if we follow our Bylaws we can reduce our Yearly Assessments some. We should not be carrying an Operating Balance forward per our Bylaws.
