Our 24-25 winter rental fell through and we are now considering offers! Winter rental typically runs from December 15th through April 1st but we could also consider other custom dates if requested.
The highlight of our property for winter rental is full use of the 24’ X 36’ heated detached garage. It has accommodated as many as 12 snowmobiles! The driveway has ample space for trailers and vehicles. Another popular feature is the spacious lower level family room with a mini bar, ice machine, mini fridge, propane fireplace, 65" smart tv, and tons of seating. The rental rate is negotiable. $1,000 for prepayment of fuel and the $400 end of season spring cleaning fee is required. Rental includes all electricity, high speed internet, Netflix, plowing of the private road and driveway. You’d only be responsible for shoveling the entrance and walkway to garage. The cabin has 4 bedrooms: king, queen, queen, and 2 twins. It is 11 years old and was completely refurnished 3 years ago. It is well stocked with quality linens, towels, pantry staples, spices, toiletries, paper products, wraps, condiments etc. There’s all new kitchenware and cookware as well. We are well stocked with indoor and outdoor games and 2 very large outdoor decks. We do conduct a reference check. In addition, we also require a $1,000 security deposit which is fully refundable as long as there's no damage, you remove all trash, etc.
