On The Beach Motel Beachfront Motel in Old Orchard Beach. Name changed to On The Beach Motel formerly Old Colonial Motel On the Beach Motel is a well maintained property.

We are constantly making upgrades and renovating. All rooms have been renovated during the 2022 winter. Our accommodations offer everything you need for the perfect vacation. Our motel is located directly on Old Orchard Beach, 1/3 mile from amusements and pier. There is an outdoor heated fresh water pool kept at a temperature in the high 80's. All rooms are clean and modern with air conditioning a

nd heat, remote, and clock radio. All rooms have a refrigerator, coffee maker and microwave. Most rooms offer an ocean view, and we do have 1-ocean front deluxe King bed room with a private patio and hot tub. All rooms are non-smoking. We are a family friendly atmosphere and we DO NOT ACCEPT PETS. Free WiFi and free parking.
