September 9th: is Open Lighthouse Day! This is one day each year that dozens of lighthouses along the Maine coast will be open to visitors. For more information, please visit: lighthousefoundation.org/maine-open-lighthouse-day/

September 10th: is the 20th Annual Maine Lighthouse Ride
7:00 AM - 5:00 PMEST, Southern Maine Community College, South Portland. A beautiful tour of southern Maine's coast and scenery. Four distance options and nine lighthouses to view during the 100-mile ride with a stop at Veteran's Memorial Park.
