Cheers to new adventures, new challenges and new accomplishments in 2024 and to the memories that each will bring. We feel fortunate to have welcomed so many wonderful guests for so long and we’re very grateful for your continued support.
We took some time in 2023 to understand our history a little better and while we don’t know exactly how our story began, or how it will end for that matter, there are some interesting tidbits in the middle that we take some pride in. This ad from 1855 is one of the earliest that we’ve located, at a time when we were known as the Montreal House. Many things have changed since then, but to this day we would still be happy to wait upon our friends and the public generally at this special place.
