Dear Guests,
With our local and worldwide community, we have been closely monitoring the situation with the COVID-19 Virus. These are unprecedented times in our lives & history, and there are many unknowns for all of us at this time. Please know that we will always do what we feel is best for our guests, our staff, and our community when making decisions on when and how to open our Inn.
Our Governor has allowed lodging to open beginning June1st for Maine residents and for out of state guests - who must quarantine for 14 days once they cross the Maine border. As many of our guests cancelled their stays with us based on the quarantine guidelines, we thought of a solution which will allow us to continue to host guests this season, albeit in a different style. We are offering long term rentals (months) for our guests at very reasonable rates. In many cases the monthly rate equals the normal weekly rate in peak season! In keeping with the desire for reduced "touches" to reduce the spread of COVID-19, guests will be responsible for supplying their own linens, towels, bedding, housekeeping, etc. Wi-Fi, cable, electric, heat & AC, and all the other utilities are included in the one rental fee, plus tax. Have you always wanted to summer in Maine? Are you working from home and can do it remotely on the ocean? Now you can! Our oceanfront lodging offers you a place where you can unwind and relax.
Please know that this was a most difficult decision for us - but we feel it is the most responsible one for our Inn for this season. Thank you for your loyalty and support. We look forward to welcoming you this year and beyond.

We have come to the end of another wonderful season. It was good to see our repeat guests as well as our new guests and we missed those who could not come this year.

Please have a safe and happy Fall and Winter so we can see you in 2020!
