Military Families: Save on Scouting Registration Starting Tomorrow

Beginning June 1, 2026, qualifying military-connected families can have the $85 national youth registration fee waived when registering or renewing online through Scouting America.

This benefit is available to youth from Active Duty, Reserve, and National Guard families and applies to both new registrations and online renewals.

Getting the waiver is easy:
• Select "Get Military Discount Code" during checkout
• Complete the verification process through SheerID
• Enter your code during registration
• The $85 national youth registration fee will be reduced to $0

Pacific Harbors Council, Scouting America will be partnering with the Washington State Department of Commerce in a Clean Energy Technical Assistance Grant for .

This exciting opportunity will allow us to plan for then design and build an on site energy producing solar array with battery storage. These exciting improvements will improve our energy resilience during inclement weather, increase our ability to support the local community during power interruptions, potable water emergencies, and smoke events, while also reducing our annual operating expenses and providing educational opportunities for young people regarding energy resilience, microgrids, and sustainability.
