We've Come A Long Way Baby! After being locked out by the City of Omaha for nearly 14 years, we finally received the keys to the property on December 14, 2024 and started restoration March 3, 2025! Looking forward to see how far we can go before the snow flies!

Welcome Jake Lindner as the interim City of Omaha Parks director . USS Hazard Inc. ‘s lease with the City’s Parks Department has only 47 more years to go ! We look forward to working with the Parks Department to bring back the enjoyment of riverfront recreation on the “Freedom Park” property!!
