If you have never had sour coffee , you are one of the lucky ones 🤣

As I have started learning more and more about making a good espresso I have learned there are things that will make you mad, sad , glad , all the things . I have learned so much and really enjoying it .

I even have a series called The Compact Café series where I share each week the process of learning how to make better espresso and as i progress it will be branching out to so much more. Did someone just say Espresso Martini ???

If you are new here , I’m Christina, RV living, coffee loving empty nester that decided I was tired of making gross espresso in my espresso maker so I took on the “hobby” of making good espresso . One thing we have learned about Kodiak ( and the Great Pyrenees breed) is they bark at absolutely nothing most days.

That one time we made the internet mad with our cruise video because:
-Yuck there is a shower curtain
-You have to sit on the bed cause there is no couch , where is everyone going to sit
-You don’t have to put the medallion on the screen like that idiot
-Must be nice to be wealthy ( still waiting on the wealth to come 😂)

Meanwhile we are over here laughing at the things people got mad about.

BTW, we enjoyed our cruise and ready to go back

I don’t know if it’s because of living in a tiny space , but one messy cabinet makes the whole RV feel messy
