The facilities and accommodations at Izatys have been completely remodeled and updated, but some things never change – like our fantastic lakeside location and friendly, helpful staff. 👨‍🍳🔥 MEET CHEF JAROD! 🔥👨‍🍳

This weekend, we’re excited to welcome Chef Jarod into the Izatys kitchen! 🍽️

“I’m super excited to be given this opportunity to work alongside Chef Martin. I haven’t been more excited to work with someone who shares the same passion as I do.”

Jarod will be joining Executive Chef Martin in the kitchen this week before taking the lead Friday evening and Saturday! With years of culinary experience and a shared passion for creating great food, we’re excited to have him behind the line and see him bring some of his own creativity to Izatys. 👨‍🍳✨

And he’s already got a few things planned for the weekend… 👀

🍲 Soup du Jour — Chef Jarod will be putting his own touch on this weekend’s soup.

🍝 Weekend Pasta Feature — $24
Handmade fresh pasta with roasted garlic chicken Alfredo. Rich, creamy, made from scratch, and definitely worth saving room for. 🤤

⭐️ THE IZATYS KITCHEN IS OFFICIALLY OPEN! 🍽️🔥

I’m proud to officially introduce myself as Executive Chef Martin at Izatys Resort. 👨‍🍳

For me, this is about more than reopening a kitchen. It’s an opportunity to build something special — bringing new energy to Izatys while respecting the history, traditions, and memories that have made this place mean so much to so many people. ❤️

My approach to food has always been simple: make it from scratch, pay attention to the details, and never stop improving. 🥘✨

Over the past few weeks, we’ve been hard at work rebuilding the kitchen, developing the menu, and putting all the pieces in place to bring great food back to the clubhouse. After an incredible response during our first few services, I’m excited to say…

🎉 The Izatys kitchen is officially OPEN! 🎉

And this is only the beginning.

Our current menu is the foundation, and as we grow, I’m looking forward to bringing you new dishes, seasonal features, dinners, special events, and much more. 🍔🥗🍽️

I’m incredibly excited about what we’re building here and grateful to everyone who has already stopped in, shared a post, tried the food, or supported us along the way. 🙌

⭐️ As we are adjusting to our newly remodeled Pro Shop. We are offering a limited time discount on tee times for May 9th - May 14th ⭐️

We’re excited to welcome everyone back out to the course for another great season of golf on Lake Mille Lacs. Whether you're getting your first round in or you’ve been counting down the days, it’s time to tee it up ⛳

📝 Please be patient with staff as we navigate additional training and adjustments within our newly remodeled Pro Shop 📝
