There is a paddle boat and a row boat for your use with a 70 ft. dock and beach furniture. The cabin has one bedroom downstairs with a double bed, a large upstairs loft with a queen size bed and a futon. There is also a hideaway sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking and has a dishwasher. There is a washer and dryer, 40 inch flat screened TV, Dish Network, VCR/DVD player and a variety of movies. Outside the cabin is porch and patio furniture, picnic tables, gas grill, a fire pit with all the wood supplied and a field for the kids and dogs to run in. We are located two miles from Black Mountain Recreational Area which has ATV trails, bike trails, hiking trails, walking trails, groomed snowmobile trails, cross country/snow shoeing. Beautiful Mackinaw City/Island, Rogers City, Ocqueoc Falls, 40 Mile Lighthouse and Petoskey are all within 45 minutes. Black Lake Golf Course one of Michigan's top rated courses is 10 minutes away.
