The National Baseball Hall of Fame is just a short drive away from your campsite.

Most of us have heard that Abner Doubleday invented baseball in Cooperstown. The story is great, but historians say it simply is not true. The real reason the National Baseball Hall of Fame ended up in this small New York village involves a wealthy local, the Great Depression, and one very useful legend.
