This or that: Retro Suite or Studio Suite?

Two of our most-loved rooms, two very different vibes — which one are you? The Retro Suite brings original 1950s character with a full or queen bed and reliable modern WiFi, starting at $295/week.

The Studio Suite is our 2023 build, with a queen bed, dedicated countertop with sink, and that brand-new feel, starting at $304/week. Both come with kitchenette, smart TV, private bath, and all utilities included.

Not every guest needs a full kitchen or extra square footage.

Sometimes you just want clean, reliable, and no-fuss. That's exactly what our Classic Rooms deliver. Four individually distinct rooms (1, 3, 5 & 9), each with a full or queen bed, mini-fridge and microwave, smart TV, private bath, and free WiFi — starting at $273 a week, all utilities included.

It's our most budget-friendly option, and it's a favorite with contractors and travel nurses who want value without sacrificing the basics.

Accessible shouldn't mean compromise — meet our Deluxe ADA Suite

It has wide doorways for easy movement, grab bars throughout, and a fully handicapped-accessible shower, plus more open floor space than our other units. You still get the queen bed, kitchenette, smart TV, and free WiFi that come standard everywhere else.

Do you actually qualify to book?

We get asked often why Twin Rock Suites doesn't work like a typical hotel booking — it's because we're built specifically for traveling professionals, not overnight tourists or local residents.

To book, you'll need: a permanent out-of-town residence, to be 21 years or older, a valid credit card in your own name, and proof of a work or study assignment if we request it. Every reservation is manually reviewed before it's confirmed, and your start date needs to fall within 2 weeks of today.

Extended-stay pricing can get confusing fast, so here's the simple version of ours.

Rooms and Suites require a $200 deposit ($100 refundable + $100 cleaning fee). Apartment Units require a $250 deposit ($125 refundable + $125 cleaning fee).

Want to cook real meals instead of takeout? Our optional Cooking Package is available for Suites only for $35 per stay and includes a hotplate, pot, pan, and utensils.

Every weekly rate already includes all utilities, so there are no separate WiFi or power bills to worry about.

Stay as little as 1 week or as long as 6 months. No lease. No hidden fees. Just straightforward pricing from the start.
