🔧 Now Hiring: Maintenance Technician

Scott’s Superior Inn & Cabins is looking for a dependable, skilled Maintenance Technician to help keep our property running at a high standard.

💰 Pay: $18-$20/hour (depending on experience)
🕒 Hours: ~15-20 hours/week (seasonal fluctuations)
📅 Schedule: Monday–Friday with occasional on-call evenings/weekends
💼 Benefits: Employer-sponsored retirement plan

🛠️ Role Overview:
This is a hands-on position responsible for maintaining and improving our buildings, equipment, and grounds. Work includes general repairs, preventative maintenance, light plumbing and electrical, carpentry, seasonal outdoor work, and remodeling projects. The goal is simple: keep everything safe, functional, and looking great for our guests.

✅ What we’re looking for:
• Someone who shows up consistently and follows through
• Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of tasks
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Experience in maintenance, construction, or similar work
• Takes pride in doing things right the first time

This role is a great fit for someone who values a variety in their work and wants to be part of a property that’s well cared for and continuously improving.
