🚨 We’re looking for a rare hospitality leader 🚨
Wisconsin Getaways has grown into the leading luxury vacation rental brand in Wisconsin, and we are hiring for one of the most important leadership roles in our company.
We’re looking for a Regional General Manager to lead 12 to 15 of our top luxury vacation homes across Eastern and Southeastern Wisconsin.
These are not ordinary rentals. These are premium homes ranging from approximately $700k to $5M in value, designed for family reunions, milestone birthdays, executive retreats, golf trips, holidays, and once-in-a-lifetime Wisconsin getaways.
This role is for someone who notices the details others miss.
Someone who can walk into a luxury home before guest arrival and know whether it is truly ready.
Someone who can lead cleaners, maintenance teams, vendors, homeowners, and internal team members with calm confidence.
Someone who understands that great hospitality is not just about beautiful properties. It is about consistency, responsiveness, ownership, and how guests feel from start to finish.
The right person may come from:
• Hotel or resort operations
• Private club management
• Luxury hospitality
• Guest services leadership
• Housekeeping or rooms division leadership
• High-end property management
• Multi-property operations
• A service-driven leadership role where standards matter
Compensation:
• $75,000 to $85,000 base salary
• Quarterly bonus opportunity up to $300 per assigned property
• Mileage reimbursement for approved travel outside the local county
This is not a behind-the-desk role. It is a hands-on leadership seat with real ownership and visible impact.
