Nordic Villas is a private, gated community of 7 homes (8 units total), featuring two private pools, 4 large charcoal grills with seating areas and a gas fire pit, generous parking areas, carefully maintained grounds and

plantings, and boardwalks from all homes to the beach. The names of all of the Nordic Villas homes pay tribute to the Swedish heritage of the owners, who came from Sweden in the late 1800s to settle eventually in Baldwin County, Alabama.

This is just a couple houses down from Nordic Villas, and we are super excited to know that renovations are about to begin!

Exciting news my friends!! 🤗 We just got the news that my face lift will start next week!! They are telling me it will be a very slow and tedious process. They are apparently bringing in huge machines, we all know I’m a big girl hehe, to lift each and every inch of me up floor by floor. They have to do it basically inches at a time not to hurt these bones of mine. I’m a little nervous but the reward will be amazing! My Jackie plans on being out there in her boots and hard hat to video a little to show y’all! So stay tuned later next week!!
