Our beautiful brand new condo. Master suite has a king bed. Master bath has a walk in shower and a jetted tub, as well as a walk in closet. Second bedroom has a queen bed and a full over full bunk, and it also has an adjoining bathroom with a full tub/shower combo. A full size bathroom is in the hallway for guests, and it includes a full size washer and dryer. The comfortable living room has a leather sleeper sofa, and a leather power adjustable love seat. The kitchen is fully appointed with a ceramic cooktop, oven, dishwasher, and side by side refrigerator, and it includes all small appliances you will need for cooking while on your vacation. A dual coffee pot (makes a full pot, or can use k-cups) is set up on the mini bar, which has a small sink and an ice maker. You will enjoy the expansive views from the balcony, where you can watch the boats go by, listen to the waves, and see the dolphins play.
Phoenix Gulf Towers has all the amenities as well. It includes a gym, a large hot tub, a indoor and outdoor pool, a lazy river, a water slide, a splash pad, and outdoor grills.
The location is perfect as well. Just a short walk to Gulf Shores state park, where they have hiking trails, and bicycle paths. Also you’re close to all the restaurants that Orange Beach and Gulf Shores have to offer.
