Our Story

The amenities of Phoenix VII (Phoenix 7) guarantee vacation fun. Even if it's a rare rainy day in Orange Beach, you can enjoy a swim in our indoor pool, soak in the sauna, or relax in a hot tub. The condo has a lighted tennis court so you can practice your game, and racquetball courts are on the grounds, as well. There are a number of golf courses in the area so don't forget your clubs when you visit Phoenix VII Orange Beach.

The white sugar sands of the Gulf are great for strolling and playing all year long, and Phoenix VII's beachfront access makes it easy to get to the beach. There are plenty of other attractions in the Orange Beach and Gulf Shores area, too.

Go hiking at neighboring Gulf State Park, or bird watch at Bon Secour National Wildlife Refuge in Gulf Shores. Shop at the Tanger Outlets in Foley for brand clothes and merchandise at great prices, or check out our local restaurants for live music and fantastic local seafood. Enjoy the sunset and head back to your condo to relax in fully furnished comfort. Our units have fully equipped kitchens, color TVs, and comfortable living room and bedroom furniture so you feel right at home.

Note: Parking is limited. A one-bedroom condo will be issued one (1) car pass. A two- or three-bedroom condos will be issued a maximum of two (2) car passes.
