Many items such as hanging light fixtures, cabinets, hardware are in progress. All counter tops will be delivered by next week. Units have 1st coat of paint. Last coat will not go on until the end. Flooring coming in and installation beginning. Front of building will be finished after buck hoist is removed. Right now it is very useful in getting material in the building. Closer to fun in the sun!

Construction update!!! Efis (much like stucco siding) is now on the east, west, and south sides of the building. The North (street view) will be the last for efis and finishing touches. This is because the construction elevator will be used to transport water heaters, appliances, and other large items rather than using our elevator.

Accent color has been painted on the east and west side. Sheetrock installed on most floors, painters busy, doors hung, cabinets have been built but not installed just yet!

The pool company is out and digging! 2 units available, if you are interested call Laura 334-799-7641 for additional information. Then get ready for amazing views of The Pass and beautiful Alabama Orange Beaches!

About Perdido Dunes Tower

Located on the south side of Perdido Beach Blvd, directly on the Gulf of Mexico in Orange Beach, Alabama, Perdido Dunes Tower is a low density condominium with only two units per floor. This prime Orange Beach location provides a wonderful view of Perdido Pass and you can walk to Alabama Point for fishing off the jetties. Marinas nearby and restaurants and shopping within a short walking distance.

All twenty units have wraparound balconies that provide gorgeous sunset-sunrise views. There is balcony access from both master bedroom and living room where you will be able to watch the Perdido Beach Resort’s July 4th fireworks from your own private balcony.
