We loved welcoming Susan and Ray and the rest of their family to Ben's Beach Bungalow! They said they had such a fun time, they were sharing Ben's with all their friends. 🥰 Word of mouth is such a great way to share the work we do with others! Funding from your reservations go to: Baldwin Humane Society, Safe Harbor Animal Coalition, Best Friends Animal Society, and many other animal welfare groups across the country. We're not just another vacation rental--we love animals and do whatever we can to support them!

Today Ben turns 17! He spent the day going on a car ride, which is his favorite thing to do these days. We are so lucky he has made it this far! He is the reason for so many things in our life, including Ben's Beach Bungalow! We are so happy our home gets to be the backdrop for so many happy vacation memories for everyone in the family. I love that we are building a communty where pets are part of the family! Happy Birthday, Ben! Here's to another revolution around the sun!

When we decided to start a pet-friendly vacation rental, all we heard from other owners and property managers was how destructive pets were and all of the things that have gone wrong. We were undeterred. We have had zero issues with our pet guests, like our recent well-behaved guests, Banks and Bristol. However, our human guests are another story. . . :)

Five years ago, I got a call from Davis County Animal Shelter asking me if I could foster two brothers who were in pretty rough shape. I went to the shelter to pick them up, and my life has never been the same since. Ben has changed our life in so many ways. Ben's Beach Bungalow would not exist without him, for one. I am so grateful for that phone call everyday. Happy Five Years, Benny Boy!
