🫶🏼 Thank you Gana for capturing our family in their natural habitat.

It’s sometimes hard to step away from the responsibilities of keeping up the farm, the horses, the shows, the sporting events, the AirBnB & our other full time jobs- and it takes an army- but when we step back were blessed to be able to do this and we wouldn’t trade it.

Thank you for sharing Elmwood House with so many near and far & making it a place memories can be made 💛

📍In our greatest effort to keep our prices low and comparable to other accommodations in Central Virginia we must remind you that when booking your stay your reservation must reflect the number of people we will be accomodating for the duration of the stay.

📍 Moving forward blatant dishonesty when booking will not be tolerated and your stay could be terminated without refund.

📍We are incredibly flexible, responsive and understand changes may happen up to the last minute & we are able to ammend your reservation before and during your stay. If we as hosts determine the reservation does not reflect the proper number of guests we will be forced to report a guest to AirBnB and terminate reservations.

🔺We want to continue sharing this property, and we want to continue offering it at a fair price, however dishonest guests are making that increasingly difficult.

Our cancellation policy remains FIRM.
🔺To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days before check-in
🔺Guests who cancel between 7 and 30 days before check-in will be responsible for 50% for all nights
🔺Guests who cancel less than 7 days before check-in will be responsible 100% for all nights.
🔺Guests can also receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking, if the cancellation occurs at least 14 days before check-in.
