Mobil Country Club is a 479-space, resort-style, Senior community in Sacramento’s Gold River neighborhood, near the beautiful American River Parkway, Lake Natoma, and Folsom Lake. Our gated 55-or-better community is a quiet haven, amidst its location along Sunrise Blvd and Highway 50;

it’s a convenient & serene neighborhood, perfect for our residents and those interested. Our park area, recreation hall, and pool areas are always properly maintained. Our excellent staff makes sure that the fields are clean and safe, and in almost perfect condition for those who will use them next.

🚐⛵ Attention Residents: Important RV Lot & Storage Update! 🛑

As we head into peak summer travel season this July, we are working to update and streamline our community records. If you currently have a Recreational Vehicle (RV), boat, or extra car parked in the RV Lot, please take note of this important update:

We are introducing a new tracking system for the storage area. All spaces will now require a specific parking identification number tied to your assigned space and vehicle license number. 🏷️🔍

📅 What you need to do: Please stop by the front office as soon as possible to pick up your official 2026 parking label for your assigned space.

When you come in, please make sure you have:
1️⃣ Your assigned RV lot space number
2️⃣ The license plate number of the vehicle/boat stored there

🐾 Paws & Policies: A Quick Reminder About Our Pet Guidelines! 🐾

We love seeing our residents out enjoying the sunshine with their furry companions! To ensure Mobil Country Club remains a safe, clean, and comfortable neighborhood for all of our active adults, here is a helpful refresher on our community Pet Rules & Regulations (Rule 11.a):

📝 Approval First: Advance written approval from management is required before bringing a new or replacement pet into the Park. Every pet must have a signed Pet Agreement addendum on file.

🐱🐶 Pet Limits: Each home is permitted a maximum of two (2) pets (cats and dogs).

⚖️ Weight Limits: Your pets must not exceed a combined total of eighty-five (85) pounds when fully mature.

🚫 Breed Restrictions: For community safety, certain breeds are restricted. Please see the front office for the current restricted breeds list before adopting.

🏠 Household Pets: Permitted animals include dogs, cats, birds, and fish that spend their primary existence inside the mobile home.

ℹ️ A Note on Service Animals & California Law (MHRLPA): Per Civil Code Section 798.33, homeowners have the right to keep at least one pet, subject to these reasonable park rules. Certified service and comfort animals are subject to fair housing laws, please ensure your proper documentation and certifications are turned into the front office so our records stay up to date!

🌿🏡 Your Perfect Summer Evening Awaits... 🌅

At Mobil Country Club, we love investing in the spaces that make our active adult community feel like a true retreat. This July, we invite you to take a little time for yourself and enjoy the recent upgrades made to our community pond!

Thanks to a freshly upgraded filtration system, the water is looking cleaner and healthier than ever. Plus, with the addition of several beautiful new fish (generously donated by one of our own!), the pond is truly thriving. 🌾

It is the perfect, peaceful backdrop to enjoy the fresh summer air, clear your mind, and chat with neighbors.
