The Maine Event Co. is a new local business, and she did an absolutely beautiful job creating this lakeside picnic experience at Alamoosook Lakeside Inn. The setting was lovely, the details were thoughtful, and it's exciting to see a young entrepreneur building something special.

Good morning from the Alamoosook Lakeside Inn.
Some mornings remind us why we fell in love with this place.

This week brought a moose sighting near the inn and a paddle through the conservation area surrounded by butterflies. Moments like these aren't scheduled attractions—they're simply part of life on Alamoosook Lake.

Whether you're joining us for dinner, brunch, a weekend getaway, or simply stopping by to enjoy the view, nature has a way of making every visit memorable.

Tonight's halibut is something special.

A beautiful 34-pound halibut, courtesy of Nick & Leah Trundy, fresh off the boat and headed straight to our kitchen.

Join us lakeside this evening for fresh halibut, our Saturday Night Prime Rib, and one of those perfect Maine summer evenings by the water.
