✨What's your position, and how long have you been working for Rosen Hotels & Resorts?
“I work as a Jr. Copywriter on the Creative Team at Rosen Hotels & Resorts. I've been with the company for a little over one year!”

✨What is your favorite part of working here?
“My favorite part of my job is serving the city I love. I was born and raised in Orlando, so this city has always been home to me. I also love collaborating with my team to help create meaningful written content for our guests."

✨What are some of your hobbies?
“I'm a big sports girl! My favorite sport to play is golf, and I recently got into pickleball, which has been super fun. I also enjoy reading, listening to podcasts, and learning new recipes."

✨What does excellent service mean to you?
“Excellent service means showing love and kindness to the people I'm serving. I've learned throughout my role that a little empathy goes a long way, and I always aim to treat others as I would like to be treated.”

“Disney has my heart! I've been going with my family since I was little, and my mom has been a Cast Member for over 20 years, so we love going to the parks. I also love attending UCF football games to cheer on my alma mater (Go Knights!).”

“I am currently a Hostess at Café Osceola, but I actually just got promoted to Food & Beverage Administration Assistant. I have been with the company for 3 years now."

✨What is your favorite part about working at Rosen Shingle Creek?
"I would have to say both the guests and the people I work with. My coworkers are so kind and hardworking. I also love getting to meet our guests who are from all around the world."

"Outside of work, I love to read and bake. I also love to get outdoors, do Pilates, and honestly do anything that's about wellness and nourishing your body."
