APC Hospitality provides exceptional hospitality services including Concierge.
Our Concierge are trained to graciously interact with residents, guests, building vendors, and building management.
Concierge are responsible for tracking all package deliveries, daily activities, and amenity reservations using building software program. They review access control cameras to ensure the safety of the residents & inform residents of incoming visitors & direct visitors to their destination.
Additionally, concierge manages administrative requests on behalf of Property Managers. They are trained to independently navigate and troubleshoot unpredictable situations that may arise including maintenance issues.

APC follows guidance set by Federal, State and Local resources. APC continues to remain up to date with CDC recommendations for sanitization procedures.
APC is active in Blue-Ribbon committees formulating “Best Practices” doctrine in conjunction with the National Parking Association, the NY/ NJ Strategic Event Task Force, and a residential building panel of industry experts.
