✨ What is your position, and how long have you been working for Rosen Hotels & Resorts?
"I’m the Garde-Manger Chef, and I’ve been with Rosen Hotels & Resorts for nine years."

✨ What is your favorite part of working at Rosen Centre?
"My team is the best part of my career. We have a strong, supportive group where everyone is always ready to help one another. I also appreciate the trust I’m given to be creative with menus and develop new dishes."

✨ What are some of your personal hobbies?
"I enjoy spending time with my family and trying new restaurants around the area with my wife. Discovering new dishes and flavors inspires me creatively. I also love traveling, especially going on cruises."

✨ What does excellent service mean to you?
"To me, excellent service means delivering high-quality food with consistency and attention to detail, making sure every guest has a memorable dining experience."

✨ What is your favorite local attraction or thing to do in Orlando?
"I’m a big Disney fan, especially Animal Kingdom. My favorite ride is Expedition Everest."

✨ What is your favorite dish to cook and why?
"I enjoy cooking Italian food, and my favorite dish to make is risotto. I enjoy getting to experiment with different flavors, techniques, and ingredients."
