Review: Just stayed in this villa, perfect location to parks and had everything we needed. Pool was not overlooked and management company attended in minutes when we had a WiFi problem. Wish all owners were this easy to answer questions, perfect price for a perfect villa, would come again next year ,, but all ready booked up

Disney and Universal are closing as of 16th March. Please if you have booked accommodation in Florida with me and your flights are affected, then contact me. We can arrange to switch your dates to alternatives if they are available. If you have travel insurance please contact your insurance company for advice. We are willing to switch your dates with no penalties if they are available. Most of my guests are UK guests and currently flights to the states are still operating from the UK. Should this change your airline will give you a full refund. Should you cancel your flights then the flight company may only offer you a voucher with an expiry date, please get in touch with alternative dates for flights with your flight company but please confirm these dates are available for your accommodation too. We are trying our best to help out our guests in this demanding situation. Dates however are transferable and refunds will be given in light of the situation we find ourselves in.
