Please join us in welcoming Ryan Ritchie to the Central Florida Hotel & Lodging Association, as our new Vice President of Membership and Operations!

Ryan brings nearly 20 years of professional experience in destination marketing, tourism leadership, partnership development, membership engagement, and organizational operations to our team. Most recently, Ryan served as the Tourism Director for Discover Lake County FL, where he helped advance tourism initiatives, strengthen community partnerships, and support economic development through our industry.

In this new role, Ryan will lead our membership engagement and growth strategies as we continue to support to our industry and strengthen the impact CFHLA has upon our community.

From injured and orphaned animals to threatened and endangered species, SeaWorld’s rescue teams continue to make a meaningful impact through care, rehabilitation, and conservation.
