Our Florida Marriott project is moving right along as we near the completion this fall of the Fairfield Inn & Suites Wesley Chapel.
Just North of Tampa, Wesley Chapel is a growing upscale community and is close to Busch Gardens Tampa.
Target opening date is currently set for October of 2018.

Congratulations to the entire team on a job well done.

We are excited here at Maverick to see the article featuring a few of the many reasons to visit Crystal River Florida in the Lufthansa Magazine.

The Maverick Florida portfolio of hotels have breaking news to share on a new partnership. The official announcement went out this week and copied here for all.

Whoot...Whoot!
We are so excited to announce the Maverick Florida portfolio of hotels is forming a partnership with the Tampa Bay Buccaneers that will allow their Guests access to purchase National Football League game packages.
The portfolio includes our Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn Express both in Crystal River, Staybridge Suites Orlando at SeaWorld, and our soon to open Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Wesley Chapel.
Packages include discount tickets to an NFL game of their choice in Tampa.
Rumor has it (and on good authority) the 2 Marquee games offered will be as follows...
1. The Steelers
2. The Eagles
Please let us know by messaging if there is an interest in either Marquee game as they must be purchased during during pre-sell to guarantee as they expect these both to sell out in under 3-4 minutes.
We look forward to the game schedule being released and will post it for all as soon as it is.
